www.dodi-thelabel.com is a site operated by DODI – the labeL [“our”, “we” or “us”].

The following terms and conditions refer to our relationship with our clients and potential clients. Your use of our site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement our terms of website use.

At certain points in the dodi-thelabel.com website navigation, you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us. As provided in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, such information will never be distributed to a third party and it will never be publicly visible without your express written consent.

Prohibited uses

You may use our site only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our site:

— In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
— In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
— For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
— To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards below.
— To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
— To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware. ​

You also agree:

— Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of the provisions of our terms of website use.
— Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
— any part of our site;
— any equipment or network on which our site is stored;
— any software used in the provision of our site; or
— any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

All of the content contained on dodi-thelabel.com is edited, checked, and verified for accuracy as much as it is possible to do so. However, we cannot guarantee either its accuracy or the safety of any external links it might contain. dodi-thelabel.com, as well as its owners, affiliates, and contributing authors can therefore not be held responsible for any problems or damage that occurs as a result of making use of material contained on our site.

Any and all of the content presented on the dodi-thelabel.com website is, unless explicitly stated otherwise, subject to a copyright held by dodi-thelabel.com. It is permissible to link to content from this site as long as the original source is clearly stated, but the wholesale reproduction or partial modification of content is not permitted. Exceptions are granted only if you receive prior written consent from dodi-thelabel.com.

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped, and a service may not be provided.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, may be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.

Orders are processed the next business day, Monday through to Friday, excluding local holidays.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

The business days will start counting from the day after the purchase. Once the order leaves our studio, an e-mail will be sent to the Buyer to notify the shipping of the order.

Orders are processed from London, UK. All orders are shipped with the Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery.

The buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the shipment.

DODI – the labeL tries to meet estimated delivery times, but during busy times deliveries may be delayed a bit (also in rebates). Sometimes some shipping options are not available, or you have to check deadlines and / or extend delivery dates due to system updates or force majeure situations, such as extreme weather conditions.

DODI – the labeL is not responsible for missing or stolen packages because of special instructions on delivery to the courier company.

Shipping in the UK

— When the Standard Shipping service is requested, we will deliver the order to the address provided by the Buyer within 5 working days after the purchase, for an amount of £11.
— This service is free when the value of the purchase exceeds £1,700.
— When the Express shipping is required, we will deliver the order within 2 working days after the purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) for an amount of £19.

Shipping to the EU

— Our online shop is available for all EU countries.
— When the Standard Shipping service is requested, we will deliver the order to the address preferred by the Buyer within 5 working days after the purchase, for an amount of £21.
— When the Express shipping is required, we will deliver the order within 2 working days after the purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) for an amount of £29.

Shipping outside the EU

— When the Standard Shipping service is requested, we will deliver the order to the address preferred by the Buyer within 5 working days after the purchase, for an amount of £31.
— When the Express shipping is required, we will deliver the order within 2 working days after the purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) for an amount of £39.
— If the Buyer makes an order for outside the European Union, any customs or import tax is charged once the package arrives in the country of destination. The Buyer may be charged taxes and transportation fees when passing your order through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot say what the cost will be since customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country.

We suggest that in case of doubt the Buyer should contact his/ her local customs office to know the current charges before placing his/ her order, so he/ she will not be surprised by unexpected charges.

We value your business and your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, however, in the unlikely event that you may wish to return the purchased item within the statutory “cooling off” period of three business days from the date of receipt, we can offer you an exchange and a complete refund of any delivery charges that you may have incurred. Products that are bespoke and made-to-order are excluded from the above returns policy.

 

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected with the statutory “cooling-off” period of three business days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

— If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days from when we approve your return, first check your bank account again.
— Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund reaches your account.
— Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the dodi-thelabel.com site immediately.
