By handcrafting fashion as investment pieces, we are philosophically inspired by luxury automobiles. At DODI – the labeL we create one-off pieces with meticulous attention to detail and absolute perfection. And to create the finest bespoke pieces for private clients, we offer a made-to-order white glove service.
As we live in a world where physical appearance usually defines us we have been studying the interrelation between design and psychology. We believe that to look good is to feel good, and vice versa, to feel good is to look good.
By establishing research links and collaborations with the NHS, as well as private health clinics, we are launching an exclusively inclusive community that helps people overcome their health conditions and traumas; through fashion, psychotherapy and design healthcare.
As well as helping individuals design their personal lifestyle; at DODI – the lifestylE we have been working directly with patients from Charing Cross Hospital as well as St George’s Hospital in London. With a passion for boosting self-confidence, DODI has supported patients facing conditions such as Hemiplegia, mental health challenges, cancer, and amputations, among others. dodi’s work within the NHS aims to offer holistic therapeutic interventions, combining fashion and psychotherapy to enhance mental well-being.
Despite the health trauma that dodi had to go through at a very young age – through fashion, design and philosophy – she has learned to accept the fact that she will never be her old self. If anything, she has been thrilled with the fact that she has been able to recreate her life, and design who she wants to become.
